UC Law Constitutional Quarterly

Article Submissions:

The Constitutional Quarterly is currently accepting submissions for Volume 54, 2026-2027. The Quarterly accepts Article submissions via Scholastica or via email.

Submission Requirements:

1. Articles should be centered on one or more constitutional issue(s).
2. Articles should be 15,000-30,000 words (including footnotes). We do also accept essays on very contemporary topics, that require a minimum of 4,000 words including footnotes.
3. Citations should confirm with the current edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation
4. Please include contact information: name, current mailing address, phone number, email address, and the author’s CV.
5. Please also include if there is any time sensitivity for our decision for publication.

We will give offers of publications as soon as possible. We will also notify the author if we have decided not to publish this article in the particular Issue.
